Tenant Information
In this area we provide some of the documentation available to prospective tenants and guides and procedures on how to rent with us.
How to Rent Guide

This booklet is a Government document we give to all our tenants to ensure they are up to speed on good practice when renting a property. Read here.

Reserving a property

If you've decided you like a property and would like to rent from us, this is the procedure you will need to follow.

•Fill in an application form and satisfy Government Right to Rent rules.
Read here.
•Arrange a date to move in, usually within a two week period.
•Supply landlord and work references and proof of income including
3 month's payslips and bank statements.
•Pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent, which can be used against your rent or deposit.
•Pay a refundable deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
•Sign the paperwork, pay the first month's rent and obtain the keys to your new property.

My Deposits Information

When you rent a flat with us your deposit is secured with a government authorised third party. We provide you with all the documentation explaining how your
deposit is kept, and the procedure when you vacate your property.

Read the Information for Tenants leaflet
here.

Maintenance or other issues

If you have any issues we recommend you contact us immediately so we can solve the issue. Do not wait if a problem occurs, as often it is easier to solve in
the early stages and we can prevent further inconvenience to you later down the line.

Vacating a property

If you would like to vacate a property, please inform us at the earliest opportunity so we can make arrangements for returning your deposit and moving you out.
The Leavers Guide document sets out the procedure.
Read here for an example of a typical leaver's guide.

If you have any questions on anything here or any further queries do not hesitate to contact us using the
Contact Us page or giving us a call on the details
at the bottom of the page.
